This is an "Eyebrow" title.

Heading level 2 with Badge Highlight

The badge highlight can be put on any heading level between 1 and 3 (the homepage has only h2 headings with a badge highlight).

Eyebrows are currently only used on the homepage above highlighted (badge) text. They are used to label page headings that are part of a larger group of related pages, or when additional context can help orient the user to the page’s purpose. The eyebrow heading is secondary to and serves to support the main page heading. So it should be concise and shorter than the main page heading.

Regular Heading Level 2

Another regular paragraph or other content follows (can be text, images, figures with captions, tables, etc.)

Here is a "Big Bold" paragraph. We used these on the Urgent Priorities page. Aside from the larger font size, these are regular pargraphs that can be used anywere on a page for emphasis.

Heading Level 3

Another paragraph or bullet list should follow.

This is an example of an H4 heading

Text (paragraphs) should follow every heading level though it becomes less important at these lower heading levels (H4 to H6).
